Our approach and our methodology to pilates is based on and derived from Dr. Steven Gavin who began his pilates program in Beverly Hills in 2007. Dr. Gavin was a chiropractor who incorporated pilates into his rehabilitation program for all of his Chiropractic patients. Dr. Gavin's method, is meant to challenge the core, create heat and warmth in the body, and to fatigue every muscle in body in a 55-minute class.
Christine Tam and her instructors strive to provide you with a fifty-five minute, total body workout where you will strengthen your core, lengthen your whole body and maximize overall strength while experiencing a overall toned and fit physique.
